You've had back, neck, shoulder or knee pain that keeps returning. Maybe it's sciatica, an old injury, restricted movement, or a problem that simply hasn't resolved the way you expected. You've tried things. Some helped for a while. The problem came back. And now you're wondering whether osteopathy might help — but you don't want to book and pay for a full appointment just to find out. You don't have to.
What You'll Walk Away With
Start with a free 20-minute video consultation. Tell me what's been going on. I'll listen, ask you some questions, and by the end of our 20 minutes, you'll know three things: 1. What may be going on with your problem, from an osteopathic perspective. 2. Whether osteopathy is a reasonable option for your particular situation — and if it isn't, I'll tell you that plainly. 3. What I'd suggest as a next step — whether that's with me or elsewhere. No treatment. No pressure. No obligation. Just a useful conversation.
What Can We Actually Accomplish in 20 Minutes?
Let me be straightforward with you: this isn't an osteopathic treatment session. A proper assessment and treatment requires an in-person appointment. But 20 minutes is enough time for something most people never get before choosing a practitioner: a real conversation. You can explain what you're experiencing, how long it's been happening, what you've already tried, and how the problem is affecting your daily life. You can ask me about osteopathy, and about how I approach problems like yours. If an in-person consultation appears worth considering, you'll already know what to expect before you book one. If it doesn't, you'll have saved yourself the time and the money — and that's a good outcome too.
Why Speak With Me First?
I've been practising osteopathy in Montreal since 1998. Over those years, I've learned that patients don't simply want someone to treat them. They want to understand what may be happening, why a problem keeps returning, and whether the person they're considering is the right fit for them. That's why I created these consultations. My approach is gentle and individualized. I look at the problem you're experiencing, but also at the way the rest of your body may be adapting or compensating around it. I don't believe in forcing the body. My role is to assess what isn't moving or functioning as it should and, through gentle manual treatment, provide the opportunity for the body to do what it is already designed to do — heal and adapt.
Simple to Join. Nothing Hidden After.
You don't need to be technically inclined. Once you've booked, you'll receive a confirmation with a video link. At your appointment time, click the link. That's it. You can join from home. And if we decide together that an in-person assessment makes sense, I'll explain exactly what it involves and what it costs before you commit to anything. The decision stays entirely yours.
The Only Decision You Need to Make Today
You don't have to decide about treatment. You only have to decide whether a 20-minute conversation might help clarify things. If you've been wondering whether osteopathy could help your particular problem, let's start there. Tell me what's going on. Ask your questions. We'll take it from there.
